Mortgage advice that never misses a renewal.

Langworth Financial Services has given independent mortgage advice across Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire and Norfolk since 1998. We built them a new website where clients book their own consultations, and an admin system that runs the diary, keeps every client record in one place, and reminds clients before their deal ends.

The brief

Advisers on the road, deals on the clock.

LFS advisers meet clients at home, at work or over the phone. Behind every client is a deal with an end date, and every one of those is a conversation that needs to happen at the right time.

They needed a website that turns visitors into booked consultations, and one system to run the diary, the client records and the renewal reminders.

Part one · The website

A website that books the appointment.

Clients choose a home visit, a workplace visit or a phone call, then a day and a morning or afternoon. Closed days can't be picked, and the client is told an adviser will ring to confirm. Alongside that sit full service pages, repayment and overpayment calculators, and eight guides with search and categories.

Part two · The admin area

Every client, every deal, one diary.

The admin area brings clients, appointments and enquiries together. The dashboard opens on what matters today: tasks due, enquiries not yet handled, deals ending soon and today's appointments.

  • A day view with a column per adviser, and no double bookings.
  • Website requests wait above the diary, ready to be arranged.
  • Callback, calculator and appointment requests land in one inbox.
  • Every client has a timeline of mortgages, notes and tasks.

Part three · Remortgage reminders

Renewals that remind themselves.

Reminders go out automatically by email, text or both. The wording is editable, every message has an opt-out link, and each one carries its own booking link so LFS can see exactly where each client is.

  1. 180 days First reminder A friendly heads-up that the client's deal ends in six months.
  2. 120 days Second reminder A follow-up for anyone who hasn't booked yet.
  3. 90 days Final reminder One last nudge while there's still time to compare deals.
  4. Booked Tracked to the end LFS sees who opened it, picked a date and sent a request.

Under the bonnet Protection on every form, spam filtering, rate limits and a strict browser security policy.
Data protection A full audit trail of staff actions, cookie consent before any analytics, and erasure that removes everything a client's record holds.
